About Ingrid

Ingrid is a North Shore native and a committed ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. Her advocacy began at age 15 as a teen hotline counselor and peer educator with Girls Incorporated, laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to service, inclusion, and equity.

Background

Through her work at MassAbility, Ingrid helps address economic barriers and supports sustainable employment for people with disabilities. She co-founded and served as Vice President of the Tri-Town Human Rights Coalition as well as served on the Board of Directors at North Shore Pride.

Joining Essex County Pride

As one of the founders of Essex County Pride. Ingrid continues her commitment to strengthening LGBTQIA+ visibility, advocacy, and community connections. She remains dedicated to serving marginalized individuals, including people of color and people with disabilities within the LGBTQIA+ community and helping build accessible, welcoming spaces where everyone feels valued and supported.
