Mission
Essex County Pride supports the welfare of the LGBTQIA+ community and allies in Essex County and the larger region by promoting community building that is centered on collaboration and partnership with aligned organizations, facilitating and supporting LGBTQIA+ events, and connecting LGBTQIA+ people to services and support networks.

Community Building
Finding a community where you feel safe and belonging, improves mental health and quality of life. Essex County Pride intends to provide safe places where LGBTQIA+ people can be themselves and find their community.
Education and Resource
Essex County Pride wants to support growth in the community by providing awareness and access to resources, supporting and facilitating educational events and groups.
